Briess is the only malting company dedicated to the production of specialty malts for the American Craft Brewing industry. The entire line of Briess malts and malt extracts are available to homebrewers through Local Homebrew Shops.

Briess produces more styles of malt than any malting company in the world and is also the only vertically integrated malting company in North America, which means we make our malt extracts from our own malts. And we make them in a state-of-the-art 500bbl brewhouse so they are true brewer's grade extracts.
